Original The Munsters star Butch Patrick has joined the cast of Rob Zombie's film adaptation of the classic '60s sitcom.
As a kid actor, Patrick played the role of Eddie Munster in the series, the werewolf son of Lily and Herman Munster. In Zombie's movie, he'll portray the Tin Can Man, a character from an early Munsters episode.
"I am thrilled to have another original Munster in my new film," Zombie says in an Instagram post alongside a photo of Patrick's costume. "Get ready for some robot fun!"
Zombie had previously announced that Pat Priest, who played the role of Marilyn Munster for most of the series, would also be in the film.
Zombie's The Munsters is set to premiere in the fall. The cast also includes Jeff Daniel Phillips, Sheri Moon Zombie and Daniel Roebuck as Herman, Lily and Grandpa Munster, respectively.
