Listen to Demi Lovato's Mike Shinoda-co-written new song, "Still Alive"

DLG Recordings/Island Records

Demi Lovato has premiered a new song called "Still Alive," which was co-written and produced by Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda.

The track was recorded for the upcoming film Scream VI, and its accompanying video features footage from the latest installment of the long-running horror franchise. Shinoda makes a cameo in the clip as a projectionist, who, not unlike many of the characters in the Scream movies, meets a grisly fate.

Spencer Charnas of Ice Nine Kills also appears in the video.

You can listen to "Still Alive" now via digital outlets and watch its video streaming on YouTube.

In addition to collaborating with Lovato, Shinoda is working with Linkin Park on a 20th anniversary reissue of the group's 2003 sophomore album, Meteora, due out April 7. It includes the newly unearthed song "Lost," featuring lead vocals by the late Chester Bennington.

Scream VI hits theaters March 10.
