Lamb of God premieres title track off upcoming 'Omens' album

Lamb of God has premiered the title track off the band's upcoming album, Omens.

In a statement about the song, frontman Randy Blythe says, "I think a lot of the messes human beings find ourselves in could be very easily prevented simply by paying attention to obvious repeating patterns, both in our personal lives and in a broader sociohistorical context."

"What some call 'omens' are really just manifestations of the fact that there is nothing new under the sun," he adds. "It's foolish to ignore this, but we all do it."

You can listen to "Omens" now via digital outlets and watch its accompanying video streaming now on YouTube.

Omens the album, the follow-up to Lamb of God's 2020 self-titled effort, will be released October 7. It also includes the previously released single "Nevermore."

Lamb of God will launch a U.S. tour in support of Omens September 9 in New York City. The outing will feature Killswitch Engage on all dates plus additional openers, including Motionless in White, Spiritbox and Baroness, for select shows.
