(NEW YORK) -- If you’re looking to move, it appears you’re not the only one.
If you take a look at today’s real estate market, it seems like everyone got the same idea at the same time. In fact, home prices have soared to new records - up more than 17% from last year.
So given the hot market, is it better to buy or rent right now?
