Legendary singer Frankie Valli is denying reports of his retirement.

The 92-year-old has addressed the rumors on social media after his brother, Bobby Valli, wrote on Facebook that the “Can’t Take My Eyes Off You” singer was retiring after a long, illustrious career.

In a post on Instagram, Frankie simply wrote, “In spite of what you might have heard, I am not retired.”

Bobby's initial post came after Frankie canceled his tour back in May due to health issues. At the time Frankie wrote on social media, “I have decided to take the rest of the year off from touring to focus on my health.”

After Frankie's retirement denial, Bobby followed up with a post of his own acknowledging his mistake.

“TO ALL THE MEDIA, THAT IS TRYING TO MAKE THIS A EARTH SHATTERING CONTROVERSY! I MISUNDERSTOOD,” he wrote. “YES, I MADE A MISTAKE. HE IS NOT RETIRING. I WISH HIM A SPEEDY RECOVERY TO CONTINUE HIS LEGACY & ILLUSTRIOUS CAREER! IF I MISLEAD OR OFFENDED ANYONE ONCE AGAIN I APOLOGIZE. GOD BLESS.”
