A$AP Rocky has apologized to fans after cutting his set short at New York’s Rolling Loud Festival over the weekend.

The rapper performed a 30-minute set at Saturday's event, according to People, and later took to Twitter to explain that the abbreviated show wasn’t what he had planned.

"I am so hurt right now! Last night was supposed to be a turning point in my live shows from the old to new," he wrote. "I will take full responsibility for the circumstances of what led to last [night's] show being everything it was and everything it wasn't."

He continued, “I also want to acknowledge that even tho I prepared the best show for my fans, detail for detail, over the course of MONTHS... I was unfortunately not able to bring my vision to fruition and [I'm] hurt about that and I want to apologize to all of my fans and continued supporters, and thank y'all for showing up for me regardless!!"

A reason for the shortened set was unclear, but TMZ reported that A$AP took the stage 45 minutes late. He  performed about nine songs before seemingly being told to wrap it up by the festival’s organizers.

According to HotNewHipHop, A$AP said the Rolling Loud performance would be his last before the release of his forthcoming album.
