After wiping their website and Instagram clean yesterday, seemingly in preparation for some big news, Blink-182 has come through with a major announcement: Mark Hoppus, Tom DeLonge and Travis Barker are reuniting for the first time in nearly 10 years for a massive 2023 world tour.

Not only that, but the three have also made some new music: A new song, "Edging," will be out this Friday, with a new album to follow.  The band made the announcement in a very on-brand double-entendre video.

The tour starts in Latin America in March of 2023 with Wallows as the opening act. North American tour dates start May 4 in St. Paul, MN, with Turnstile opening.  After that leg wraps up July 16 in Nashville, the band will head to Europe in September with The Story So Far as openers, and Australia/New Zealand in 2024 with Rise Against on the bill.

The tour also includes an October 12 appearance at the 2023 edition of the When We Were Young festival, and appearances at Lollapalooza Argentina, Chile and Brazil.

Tickets go on sale Monday, October 17  at 10am local time at blink182.com

The band's return to the stage is significant, considering the band members have been dealing with a lot in their personal lives: Bassist/vocalist Mark Hoppus has been continuing to recover from his 2021 cancer battle, while drummer Travis Barker was hospitalized earlier this year with pancreatitis.
