Boosie Badazz is reportedly being sued by the promoters of the Legendz of the Streetz tour for an onstage brawl that resulted in him being kicked off the tour.
MN2S Corporation and We Are Live Entertainment are suing the “Wipe Me Down” rapper for $525,000 in damages, according TMZ. Promoter Leonard Rowe claims that Boosie was being paid $150K for five concerts, and demanded more money before the second show on the tour on September 30 in Atlanta, which also featured Rick Ross, Jeezy, 2 Chainz and more. When Rowe refused, he says Badazz, whose birth name is Terence Hatch, threatened revenge.
As previously reported, police were called to the State Farm Arena in A-T-L around 12:40 a.m. October 1 to investigate a report of vandalism at the facility. Officers were told that a man, identified as Hatch, and several of his associates ran onto the stage during the show, damaged several items, then destroyed more arena property when they were escorted from the stage.
Boosie was kicked off the tour, and was arrested three days later and charged with second-degree criminal damage to property, inciting a riot, disorderly conduct property and criminal trespass.
